It says group company WTSG Pte. Ltd. is licensed by MAS in Singapore as a Major Payment Institution (PS20200445) and that Clearing Payments Ltd. in Canada is registered with FINTRAC as a money services business and virtual asset service provider (a registration, not a licence); digital asset services are provided exclusively by Clearing Payments Ltd. The site reports more than $4 billion in payment volume, more than 30 team members and more than 1,000 clients. According to Companies House, the company was incorporated in 2012 as Whites FX Ltd.
