According to its official website, DMA is a financial services and fintech group headquartered in South Africa; it says it started as a local white label broker and now operates in several jurisdictions through five regulated entities. Its South African entity SCM DMA (Pty) Ltd is an FSCA-authorised financial services provider (FSP 40983) and a licensed over-the-counter derivatives provider (ODP 45); formerly Saxo Capital Markets South Africa (Pty) Ltd, it took its current name on 1 June 2018 after a change of shareholding and remains Saxo Bank's partner for Sub-Saharan Africa and Mauritius.
