According to its official website, Esterad Capital is the brand of Esterad Capital Limited, a DFSA-licensed Category 3A asset management firm headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The firm was established by Esterad Investment Company, listed on Bahrain Bourse, which it describes as having more than 50 years of track record in real estate, private equity and alternative investments; the official launch was announced from Manama on 9 October 2025.
