Services in Europe are provided by Charlgate Ltd (Fxview Europe) in Limassol (HE 372060), which the site says is authorised and regulated by CySEC under licence 367/18 and is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund; the site says this entity obtained its CySEC licence in 2018 and began offering CFDs to European clients in 2020.
