Rolling spot FX and CFD accounts are provided by GC Exchange Limited (FRN 828730), based in London (75 King William Street), which the site says is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); according to Companies House the company was incorporated in 2018 as Global Crypto Exchange Limited.
