The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on IFX Payments' Trustpilot page (7) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the IFX Payments name are left out. Across the complaints, accounts closed without warning and frozen funds, a charge on a cancelled payment, and slow communication stand out.
