According to its official website, İşbank London Branch is the London branch of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., founded on 26 August 1924. The branch offers UK resident and non-resident individuals and companies current accounts and fixed term deposits in GBP, EUR, USD and TRY, money transfers, foreign exchange, personal and secured loans, mortgages, overseas mortgages for UK residents buying a home in Türkiye (up to 50% of the valuation, maximum 10 years), commercial loans, international trade finance and POS solutions. For UK resident customers the current account opening fee is GBP 200 and the annual account fee GBP 40; online banking is provided. According to the Bank of England list and the FCA register, the London branch of Türkiye İş Bankası is authorised by the PRA to accept deposits and is regulated by the FCA and the PRA. The site says eligible deposits are protected up to GBP 120,000 by the FSCS. This information is the company's own statement.
