The complaint distribution is based on the latest 1-star reviews on the Kent Reliance Trustpilot page (91) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Kent Reliance name are left out. Across the complaints, split logins after the move to the new online platform and allegedly changed fixed-rate ISA terms, delayed ISA transfers and interest payments, and long phone waits stand out.
