According to its official website, Mind Money is the brand of MIND MONEY LIMITED, formerly Zerich Securities, incorporated in Cyprus on 23 July 2009 under number HE 252803; the company says it rebranded in 2021 when new shareholders and a new team joined, and serves clients from 25 countries. It is based in Mesa Geitonia, Limassol. The site says it offers access to 35,000 shares, 167,000 bonds, 3,500 ETFs and futures on major exchanges, participation in IPOs (minimum application USD 2,000) and pre-IPO investments, and portfolio management from USD 10,000; Smart and Expert fee plans are available. According to a notice on the site, CySEC suspended the company's authorisation with immediate effect as of 23 June 2026; while the suspension remains in force the company may not provide investment services, and clients may request the return of their funds and financial instruments.
