The international oexn.global site says the services are provided by OEXN Broker Ltd in Port Louis and that this company is regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius under an investment dealer licence (GB21026677). The site also names OEXN Stream Limited, incorporated in Saint Lucia. No reliable founding year is given on the site.
