The site states that Paynetics AD (company no 131574695, Sofia) is an e-money institution licensed by the Bulgarian National Bank and passported across the EU, and that Paynetics UK Ltd (company no 12481335) is an e-money institution licensed by the FCA to provide services in the UK and a wholly owned subsidiary of Paynetics AD.
