According to its official website, Pelican Trading is a financial technology company specialising in copy trading; its European services are provided through Pelican Exchange Europe (CY) Ltd in Limassol, which is authorised by CySEC under licence 441/24. The site says that in the Pelican app (iOS, Android and desktop) users connect their own trading accounts and can copy more than 5,000 signal providers, that signal providers can charge copiers performance fees, and that trades can be offset with environmental pledges. The company also says it provides brokers with white label copy trading platforms, API integration and a legal document pack, and that its CySEC licence lets it offer copy trading services across Europe. The CySEC register also shows a MiCA Article 60 notification for crypto-asset services. The site states that Pelican is authorised by the FCA; in the FCA register, however, Pelican Exchange Limited appears only as a former appointed representative of London & Eastern LLP.
