According to its official website, TomPayment is a trading name of Tompay Ltd in London (60 Cannon Street) and provides e-money and payment services to eligible personal and business clients. The site says it offers dedicated EUR IBAN, GBP sort code and USD accounts, conversion in more than 60 currencies, domestic and international payments via SEPA and SWIFT, personal and corporate GBP debit cards and online Mastercard acceptance (acquiring) for UK businesses and platforms, with account opening subject to an online application and compliance checks. According to its price list, personal accounts have no opening fee and a monthly fee of EUR 5, while business accounts have an opening fee of EUR 50 and a monthly fee of EUR 25. The site says Tompay Ltd is authorised by the FCA as an electronic money institution under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (FRN 931509), that it is not a bank, that client funds are safeguarded and that it does not provide cryptoasset services.
