According to its official website, TopFX is an international prime brokerage firm specialising in liquidity provision. Services are provided by TopFX Ltd, operating in Limassol, which the site says is authorised by CySEC under CIF licence 138/11; the site also states that the company is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund and is registered with the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), but gives no number for that registration. The company offers liquidity aggregated from tier-1 banks in more than 80 currency pairs, 14 indices, metals, energies and other CFDs to brokerages, regional banks, family offices, wealth managers, institutional and hedge funds, algorithmic fund managers and proprietary trading firms, using FIX and REST API connectivity, LD4 and NY4 data centres and smart order routing. The site says TopFX (Cyprus) Ltd does not offer services to retail clients and individual investors and that its content is intended for institutional clients only.
