The site says VIP360 is a trading name of VIP Tech360 Ltd, registered in Cyprus, and that regulated services are provided by group companies: Remittance360 Ltd, an FCA-authorised Electronic Money Institution (FRN 901072), for accounts and safeguarding; VIP Payments Ltd, an FCA-registered Small Payment Institution (FRN 750503), for payment execution; and MDRN FX Services Limited, an FCA-authorised Payment Institution (FRN 540997, Alpha Transfers), for remittance.
