According to its official website, VS Markets is a brokerage operated by Limassol-based VSMarkets Ltd (formerly Klips CY Ltd, company number HE 431041), which says it is authorised by CySEC as a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) under licence 434/23. Retail clients are offered more than 300 CFDs on cryptocurrencies, forex, indices, over 200 shares, commodities and ETFs, traded on the VS Markets TE (Trader Evolution, with TradingView charts) and VS Markets MT5 platforms; a demo account is also available. On the institutional side, the site says it provides brokers, funds and professional traders with aggregated and bespoke liquidity streams, risk offsetting, flow management, an outsourced risk desk, FIX API (FIX 4.4), MetaQuotes Ultency and an MT5-to-MT5 bridge. The site says no deposit, account keeping or inactivity fees are charged, negative balance protection applies, client funds are held in segregated accounts and are covered by the Investor Compensation Fund. Under its leverage and margin policy, maximum leverage for retail clients is 1:30 on major currency pairs and 1:2 on cryptocurrencies. The company says it serves only clients resident in the EEA or in countries where it has legal permission, and does not offer CFDs to residents of the USA, Canada and the UK.
