According to its official website, YCM Invest is a London-based firm that describes itself as a professional-only execution and investment management firm offering FX execution, capital allocation and investment management. Services are provided by YCM-Invest Ltd (FRN 470392), whose office the site gives as Mappin House, Oxford Circus, London, and which it says has been authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom since 2007; according to Companies House the company was incorporated in 2007 and traded as Finotec Trading UK Limited until 2022. The site says it serves only professional clients and eligible counterparties and that retail clients cannot be onboarded; individual and corporate accounts are opened subject to professional client verification. It offers forex, metals, index, energy, commodity, single-stock and crypto CFDs as well as CME listed futures and options on futures via MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, MT5 Mobile, Currenex and FIX API (LD4). Under its Fund Allocation Programmes, YCM analyses traders' MT4/MT5 statements and may allocate capital to selected traders under monthly-fee models; under the No Investment model, allocations go up to USD 50,000 for a fee of USD 500 a month. The YCM Edge managed account for professional investors has a minimum investment of USD 1,000,000 and a 25% performance fee; the site says client funds are held with Barclays and excess FSCS insurance cover has been arranged.
