Group companies are registered as money services businesses (MSB) with FinCEN in the United States and FINTRAC in Canada and as virtual asset service providers in Poland, Ghana and Zambia; it states that it holds an NBFIRA licence in Botswana, SO-FIT membership in Switzerland and conditional approval under an SEC programme in Nigeria.
