Services are provided by Artemisia Markets (Pty) Ltd (company no 2025/624933/07, FSP 55373), based at Nelson Mandela Square in Sandown, Johannesburg, and regulated by the FSCA. Clients trade forex, index, commodity (oil, natural gas, gold, silver) and crypto CFDs across more than 70 instruments on MetaTrader 5 (Windows, iOS, Android). The firm says it operates no dealing desk, does not warehouse positions and does not take the opposite side of client trades; orders are routed from an Equinix LD4 (London) environment to 16 named liquidity providers made up of banks, non-bank market makers and ECNs, and it publishes an execution report by provider. There are two account types, Standard (no commission on forex, indices and commodities) and Raw ECN (USD 3.50 per lot per side on forex); maximum leverage is 1:100 on forex, indices and commodities and 1:5 on crypto. Deposits are made by card or bank transfer; payments are accepted only in the client's own name, and payment services are technologically facilitated by GBI Globe Base Imperial Solutions Ltd in Cyprus.
