According to its official website, BlackBull Markets is a broker headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, founded in 2014 by Michael Walker and Selwyn Loekman. The official site cannot be accessed as of 8 October 2026; the information is based on archive copies from January–July 2026. Black Bull Group Limited (NZ company no 5463921), owned by Black Bull Global Limited, is registered on New Zealand's Financial Service Providers Register (FSP403326); this is a register entry, not an FMA licence, and the site does not claim an FMA licence. BBG Limited in Seychelles states that it is authorised and regulated by the Seychelles FSA for investment services (SD045); the site does not clearly say which entity serves international clients. Black Bull Trade Limited, which provides the BlackBull Invest share service, is also only registered on the same register (FSP1002113). Since 13 May 2026, Black Bull Group Limited has been listed as an ASIC Authorised Representative of the payments company Airwallex Pty Ltd; this is not a licence. The FMA has issued a warning about copycat sites misusing the company's details; the company's only official site is blackbull.com.
