According to its official website, Central Cooperative Bank AD (CCB AD) is a universal commercial bank within the financial structure of CCB Group EAD, focused on financing small and medium-sized businesses and on retail banking. Its shares trade on the Premium segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange; its main shareholder is Chimimport AD, which directly and through related parties controls over 75% of the votes. The bank has over 250 branches and offices in the country and abroad, is licensed to act as an investment firm on the Bulgarian capital market and is a primary dealer in government securities. The Central Bank of Cyprus register lists it among branches of banks from EU member states.
