For UK users it offers GBP deposits via Faster Payments and crypto purchases by Visa/Mastercard, buying, selling and storing more than 60 cryptocurrencies, recurring purchases (DCA), Bundles, CoinJar Exchange with TradingView integration, business accounts and support seven days a week; for institutions it has CoinJar Clear, the CoinJar Custody solution with BitGo and Fireblocks, and an OTC desk for trades above USD 50,000. Across the complaints, crypto transfers held under review for days, detailed questionnaires about recipient wallets and transaction purposes, and slow email-only support stand out.
