According to its page on the official website of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Creditex is a leading electronic venue for trading credit default swaps (CDS) and corporate bonds, and it says it pioneered electronic CDS trading with its RealTime platform for interdealer credit trade execution. In the United Kingdom, services are provided by Creditex Brokerage LLP (FRN 441360), based in London (Paternoster Square), which is stated to be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); the firm operates a multilateral trading facility (MTF), and according to Companies House it was incorporated in 2005. The page says Delta-Neutral Auctions (DNA) have run since 2008, that North American DNA moved to ICE Swap Trade, LLC in 2025, and that EMEA and APAC participants continue to access DNA through Creditex Brokerage LLP. Creditex and Markit have jointly administered ISDA credit event auctions since June 2005, and trades are processed straight-through (STP) via ICE Link.
