Its Australian entity, Damisa Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 682 846 966), is based in Surry Hills, Sydney, and the site states that it is registered on AUSTRAC's virtual asset service provider and independent remittance dealer registers; this disclosure does not mention an AFS licence, while the ASIC dataset lists an AFS licence (700030) in the company's name. The group's Canadian entity is registered with FINTRAC as a money services business, and the Polish entity's former virtual currency registration does not amount to authorisation under MiCA.
