The complaint distribution is based on the latest 1-star reviews on Fidelity International's Trustpilot page (97) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Fidelity name are left out. Across the complaints, months-long pension and ISA transfers, delays in releasing funds after bereavement and in withdrawals, difficulty reaching the firm by phone and slow complaint responses stand out.
