According to its official website, FXORO was founded in 2010 by an entrepreneur from the world of finance (the EU site says 2012). Clients in the EU are served through fxoro.com by MCA Intelifunds Ltd in Limassol; the company states that it is licensed and regulated by CySEC (126/10). According to CySEC's record, a voluntary renunciation of this licence is under examination; the press reported that CySEC fined the company 360,000 EUR in April 2024. International clients are served under the FXORO Global brand through global.fxoro.com and orofintech.com by ORO Fintech Limited, registered in Seychelles; the company states that it is authorised by the FSA Seychelles as a securities dealer (SD046). The international site offers Fix, Floating and Islamic accounts and a VIP account through a representative; the minimum deposit on the Fix and Floating accounts is 100 USD and leverage is up to 1:400. The company offers forex (more than 60 pairs), share, commodity, index, cryptocurrency and ETF CFDs on MetaTrader 4 and the FXORO Trading App. Persons in the US, Iran and Canada are not served.
