According to its official website, Heartland Bank is the brand of Heartland Bank Australia Limited; the bank is part of the Heartland Group Holdings Limited group, listed on the New Zealand and Australian stock exchanges (NZX/ASX: HGH), and says it is the only authorised deposit-taking institution in the group.
