According to its official website, Lloyds Bank was founded in Birmingham in June 1765 as Taylors & Lloyds, Birmingham's first bank, and is part of Lloyds Banking Group, which was formed in 2009. Lloyds and Lloyds Bank are trading names of Lloyds Bank plc, whose registered office is at 25 Gresham Street, London. The bank offers personal customers current accounts including Club Lloyds and Lloyds Premier, savings accounts and ISAs, credit cards, loans, mortgages, insurance and pension products, and also provides business, private and international banking. Services are available through branches, online banking and the mobile app; some savings accounts such as Easy Saver can be opened with GBP 1. The group's Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets Plc also appears on the Bank of England list. According to the Bank of England list and the FCA register, both entities are authorised by the PRA to accept deposits and are regulated by the FCA and the PRA.
