Matris Yatırım is an online investment platform that operated under the domain matrisyatirim.com; as of 8 October 2026 the domain is no longer registered, so this information is based on an archived copy of the site from January 2024. The site footer gave the name "Matris Yatırım LLC" and an address in Maslak, Istanbul, with no company registration number. The site said it held a licence from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) but gave no licence number; no firm named Matris appears on the SPK list of authorised brokerage firms or its page of portfolio management companies. The site said it offered trading in Borsa Istanbul, NASDAQ and NYSE shares, currencies, funds, bonds and derivatives through an Android and iOS app. Complainants say they joined the platform on the recommendation of stock market groups on Telegram.
