According to its official website, Tria Bridge (Tría Bridge Ltd, formerly Tokenomica Bridge Ltd) is a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) incorporated in Cyprus and operating from Limassol. The site says it offers exchange between crypto-assets, exchange between fiat money and crypto-assets, custody, brokerage, investment advice and portfolio management. The company provides the crypto-asset services within the European Economic Area of The Vault, a brand owned by Tria Holding; The Vault says it offers institutions custody and wallet infrastructure (SaaS or on-premise) and retail clients a personal wallet, trading, transfers and fiat on/off ramp services. Services outside the EEA are provided by SwissZeit Capital AG in Switzerland (a VQF member) and software services by Tria Software Limited. According to the fee schedule, custody costs 0.25% per year, fiat–crypto exchange 1% and crypto–crypto exchange 0.5%, while transfers are free. The site says the company operates under the MiCA transitional provisions (Article 143(3)); the CySEC register lists it among the licensed CASPs under Article 63 with number 013/24.
