The bank is part of the BANK OF AFRICA – BMCE Group, which has banking subsidiaries in 18 African countries; it is headquartered in London and has a branch in Paris, France. It operates exclusively in wholesale, corporate and investment banking, serving institutions, corporates and investors engaged in African markets with term and revolving loans, infrastructure, asset-backed and receivables-backed financing, syndicated loans, letters of credit and trade finance, and foreign exchange and credit trading.
