WikiFX links the brand to the ASIC-licensed Australian company Bacera Co Pty Ltd; thebcr.com does not mention this company, and the site says it is not intended for residents of Australia, Hong Kong, Canada and the US. Payments are processed by Open Bridge Limited in England.
