Its single branch and head office are at 57 Market Place, Beverley. It focuses on good-value savings and mortgage products and specialises in helping people underserved by the traditional mortgage market. Savings include instant access, notice, fixed rate bonds, regular savers, Cash ISA, Junior ISA and business accounts; mortgages cover purchase, remortgage, self-employed, self-build, later life, interest-only, family-assist, mixed-use and buy-to-let. The Instant Access account opens with GBP 1 and is managed by post and in branch.
