According to its official website, CoGoLinks (结行国际) is a sub-brand created in 2018 by Jiexing Technology Group (结行科技集团), founded in 2002, and offers global collection and payment services to Chinese exporters, cross-border e-commerce sellers and service exporters. The website says it offers B2B foreign trade collections, collections from more than 80 e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Mercado Libre and TikTok Shop, service trade collections, a CoGoLinks card for cross-border payments and collections in about 20 currencies from more than 100 countries and regions, and that the group has more than 15 million small and medium-sized business clients. The website says the platform operates with payment licences and related permissions in mainland China, Hong Kong, the US, the UAE and Singapore held by the relevant group companies; the People's Bank of China payment licence belongs to the group company Suixingfu (随行付), the Hong Kong money service operator (MSO) licence to its Hong Kong company, and its US company holds a money services business (MSB) registration. The Singapore company CoGoLinks Asia Pte. Ltd. is listed by MAS as a Major Payment Institution. The website says CoGoLinks received DFSA approval in September 2025; under the conditions in the DFSA register, the DIFC-incorporated CoGoLinks DIFC Limited may provide money services only for testing and to a capped number of clients under a restricted Innovation Testing Licence (F009305, 1 Sep 2025).
