According to its official website, Deutsche Bank Wealth Management is the trading name of DB UK Bank Limited, a UK-incorporated member of the Deutsche Bank group. The bank operates from its London head office; the site says the group has been in London for 150 years. Its clients are ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, entrepreneurs, family offices and private equity professionals. Besides advisory services and discretionary portfolio management, it offers lending, FX, fixed income and M&A expertise, and banking and investment accounts can be arranged in the UK, Luxembourg and Switzerland. A savings account in GBP, USD and EUR, allowing 12 withdrawals a year, is opened through a relationship manager. Accounts are accessed online through Deutsche Wealth Online. The site says eligible deposits with DB UK Bank Limited are protected up to GBP 120,000 by the FSCS. According to the Bank of England list and the FCA register, DB UK Bank Limited is authorised by the PRA to accept deposits and is regulated by the FCA and the PRA. The group's Australian entity DEUTSCHE BANK AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT (AFSL 238153) holds an AFS licence from ASIC. The group's South African entities Deutsche Bank (Suisse) SA (FSP 52190) and Deutsche Bank AG Johannesburg Branch (FSP 16698) hold financial services provider licences from the FSCA.
