According to the group list on the site, Equiti Capital UK Ltd is regulated by the FCA, Equiti Group Limited by the Jordan Securities Commission, Equiti Securities Currencies Brokers LLC by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), EGM Securities, which uses the FXPesa brand, by the Kenya CMA (107), Equiti AM by the Central Bank of Armenia (0011) and Equiti Global Markets Ltd by CySEC (415/22).
