According to its official website, Galaxy is a digital asset and AI infrastructure company founded in 2018 by Michael Novogratz and headquartered in New York; it operates across North America, Europe and Asia. Its digital assets business covers trading, lending, derivatives, prime and investment banking (Global Markets), asset management and ETFs, and custody, staking and tokenisation; the site cites more than 1,700 institutional trading counterparties and offers the GalaxyOne app to individual investors.
