According to its official website, iFOREX is a fintech and CFD brokerage group founded in 1996 by a group of professional bankers and forex dealers. Services in Europe are provided under the trading name iFOREX Europe by ICFD Ltd (formerly iFOREX (Cyprus) Ltd), based in Limassol, which the site says is authorised and regulated by CySEC under licence 143/11. The site states that the group's non-European subsidiary, Formula Investment House Ltd, is licensed by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC), but gives no licence number; it also says the group completed its initial public offering in 2026. Clients can trade more than 900 CFDs on forex, commodities, indices, shares, ETFs and cryptocurrencies on in-house web and mobile platforms, with Pulse, trading signals, daily video analysis, a demo account with a USD 5,000 virtual balance and support in local languages. The site says the minimum deposit varies by region and payment method; negative balance protection applies to retail clients. This information is the company's own statement.

The complaint distribution is based on the 1-star reviews on iFOREX's Trustpilot page (iforex.com) (33) and WikiFX (6) records as of 9 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the iFOREX name are left out. Across the complaints, pending withdrawals, allegations of trades closed arbitrarily and profits removed, and bonuses being withdrawn stand out.
