The complaint distribution is based on the latest 1-star reviews on NewDay's Trustpilot page (87) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the NewDay name are left out. Across the complaints, the removal of interest-free plans and automatic payment allocation after the Argos Pay switch, credit limit cuts and high interest rates stand out.
