According to its official website, OFX is a foreign exchange and payments company that says it has provided international money transfers for over 25 years and served more than 1 million clients; the site says it has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) since 2013 and has more than 700 employees and offices in Sydney, London, Dublin, Auckland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Toronto and San Francisco. For businesses it offers the Global Business Account for receiving, holding and spending in more than 30 currencies, payments to more than 180 countries, corporate cards, currency accounts, FX solutions with spot transfers, forwards and limit orders, spend management, accounts payable automation and Xero and QuickBooks integrations; individuals can make international transfers in more than 50 currencies. Business plans are Standard at GBP 0 per user per month, Full Suite at GBP 75 per month, and Custom. The site says UK services are provided by UKForex Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of OzForex Limited, which is authorised by the FCA for electronic money and payment services (FRN 902028); according to Companies House, UKForex Limited was incorporated in 2003. The group's Australian entity OZFOREX LIMITED (AFSL 226484) holds an AFS licence from ASIC. This information is the company's own statement.
