The complaint distribution is based on the latest 1-star reviews on the Pesa Trustpilot page (92) as of 8 October 2026; one person's reviews count once, and records about fake sites and third parties using the Pesa name are left out. Across the complaints, transfers credited late or held, accounts stuck at login and face verification, and exchange rates seen as poor stand out.
