For individuals it offers sending money abroad (remittances) through its mobile app and a rewards programme; for businesses it offers an account for managing international payments, payouts to customers, instant virtual account issuance, 24/7 support and API solutions. The site says it is licensed to operate in more than 50 countries and lists the USA, China, the UK, France, Poland, Germany, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa; it states that it is regulated as a small payment institution in Poland and as an International Money Transfer Organisation by the Central Bank of Nigeria, but does not say under which company name or number. According to the site footer, Prune Payments Ltd is an Authorised Payment Institution authorised by the FCA under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (670226), is registered with HM Revenue & Customs as a money transmitter (XBML00000150442) and was incorporated in England and Wales in 2011; the FCA register shows the company's former names as MB Transfers Ltd and ArcaPay Ltd.
