The bank says it serves individual, business and corporate customers through 11 branches across the United Kingdom. Its products include current and savings accounts, notice accounts, fixed deposits and Cash ISA fixed deposits, business accounts, safe deposit lockers, money transfers to India, buy-to-let and commercial property lending and dental practice asset finance; fixed deposits start from GBP 10,000 or USD 10,000. Accounts are managed through internet banking and the YONO SBI UK mobile app. According to the Bank of England list and the FCA register, the bank is authorised by the PRA and regulated by the FCA and the PRA; the site states that eligible deposits are protected up to a total of GBP 120,000 by the FSCS. The group's Australian entity STATE BANK OF INDIA (AFSL 238340) holds an AFS licence from ASIC.
