According to the site footer, the group company Trustly Group AB is an authorised payment institution supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) and may provide cross-border services in the EU/EEA, while Trustly UK Limited is a payment institution authorised by the FCA in the United Kingdom under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (FRN 1005703).
