Group companies include Xe Europe B.V., authorised by the Dutch central bank (DNB), HiFX Australia Pty Limited, licensed by ASIC in Australia, HiFX Limited in New Zealand, Xe Corporation, registered with FINTRAC in Canada, and Dandelion Payments, Inc., which the site says holds money transmitter licences in US states including New York.
