According to its official website, Xtrade is a CFD trading platform founded in 2012. The site says the group is licensed through its subsidiaries by the FSCA in South Africa (Peak Wealth (Pty) Ltd, FSP 44681), by the Financial Services Commission in Belize (Xtrade International Ltd, licence 4705379) and by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority in the Comoros (Blacsley Como Ltd, L15808/BC). Peak Wealth (Pty) Ltd is listed as "Authorized" in the FSCA register; the Belize record could not be verified because the register could not be read. The Anjouan registration is an offshore company registration, not a licence from a state regulator. The site does not say clearly which entity serves international clients. The company does not serve residents of the US, Canada, Iran, North Korea, Europe or the United Kingdom. It offers forex, share, commodity, cryptocurrency, ETF, bond and index CFDs through WebTrader and Android and iOS apps; its help centre gives the minimum deposit as 100 USD. In bulletins 2023/25 of 27 Apr 2023 and 2023/39 of 13 Jul 2023, Turkey's Capital Markets Board (SPK) decided to file criminal complaints against the content providers of websites whose addresses contain "xtrade" for unauthorised capital markets activity, and in bulletin 2025/32 of 30 May 2025 it decided to file another criminal complaint on the same grounds and to take legal action to block access to the social media accounts of the XTrade platform and to the Xtrade apps on Google Play and the App Store.
