In its United Kingdom version, the site states that the service is provided by London-registered BC Remittance Limited, which is registered with HMRC as a money service business and authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a payment institution (reference 929078); customers in the United States are served by BC Remittance LLC and those in Canada by BCRemit Fintech Ltd., and the group also lists addresses in Spain and the Philippines. Transfers are paid out in the Philippines to bank accounts, mobile wallets such as GCash, Maya and Coins.ph, or more than 17,000 cash pick-up outlets; transfer fees start at 2.99, with an FX spread applied on top.
