According to its official website, Binance TR is a crypto asset trading platform launched in 2020 that offers crypto asset trading against the Turkish lira. The platform is operated by Binance Turkey Kripto Varlık Alım Satım Platformu A.Ş., based in Şişli, Istanbul; according to the SPK list, the company's former name is BN Teknoloji A.Ş. The company states that it uses the Binance brand under a licence from the relevant Binance company and that this authorisation does not constitute a partnership or joint venture. The global platform Binance (binance.com) is listed as a separate institution. The site says it offers more than 200 Turkish lira trading pairs, free Turkish lira deposits and withdrawals through seven banks, Easy Buy/Sell, Convert, Staking and Launchpool products, and crypto transfers to and from Binance Global accounts (Binance Transfer), and that it holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications. The company appears on the Active Providers List (Temporary List) dated 1 October 2026 that the SPK publishes under provisional Article 11 of Capital Markets Law No. 6362; the SPK states that being on this list does not mean the providers are authorised under the relevant legislation.
