According to its official website, BPI Europe is the short name of Bank of the Philippine Islands (Europe) Plc, a wholly owned subsidiary, registered in England and Wales, of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), a publicly listed universal bank in the Philippines and the first bank in the Philippines and the Southeast Asian region.
