According to its official website, BROKSTOCK is a South African investment platform giving users access to local and global financial markets. Services are provided by BROKSTOCK SA (PTY) LTD (FSP 51404), authorised by the FSCA; the company says it acts solely as an intermediary under the FAIS Act, does not make markets in the CFDs offered by its liquidity providers and is not the counterparty to client transactions. The site says the platform launched in May 2021 with its FSCA licence and JSE share CFDs, later adding US share, metal, currency, ETF and, in 2025, crypto CFDs, and now offers more than 2,000 instruments to over 500,000 investors. It states that deposits are held with Standard Bank, that funding is in rands only via Capitec Pay, bank card or EFT, and that interest of up to 11% a year on available funds and commission discounts apply depending on the package level. The head office is in Midstream Estate (Gauteng) and a branch office is in Cape Town. This information is the company's own statement.
